About: I hail from the lean streets of Belfast, but have foregone my home country and its lack of street food in search of pastures new. I currently live in Seoul where I work as an English teacher while plotting to eat the world one street at a time.
Favorite foods: Burgers, shellfish, curries, anything spicy. I particularly like food you eat with your hands and stuff you can share.
Last bite on earth: Roast lamb with mint sauce, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, and a bottle of ridiculously expensive red wine followed by a cigarette.
