Favorite foods: any type of noodles: udon, mei fun, fettucini. I’m also big on dim sum, especially shrimp dumplings, short ribs, and rice noodle-wrapped beef.
Last bite on earth: My grandparents make THE best slow-cooked oxtail over rice in a hearty stew with tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, and celery. It’s a dish that never disappoints.
