What I thought was sketcy was a cart with Italian food...including pasta...3 options for sauce (pesto, vodka, and another one I can't remember) with penne pasta, all warmed in a tin on the grill top, you can add sausage/chicken/onions/asparagus on top...max cost for this one plate is $5...it's amazing! I work in New Haven,CT and outside Yale NH Hospital, there are carts GALORE!
