They say the fastest way to an architects heart is through his stomach… I think. Well, Coolhaus does just that! This brightly colored truck in Los Angeles drives around the city slinging ice cream sandwiches while touting tales of the ‘tects to interested ears.

We met up with them outside The Dub Club in the Echo Park neighborhood of LA to sample all their creamy goodness.

there is something missing from this, what is unique about this vendor? i mean sure they name thier ice cream sandwhiches after architechs that few people will know but this kind of thing has been done by other buisiness for there products before so it is not unique. ex. ben and jerrys ice cream flavor “Cherry Garcia” named after the late Jerry Garcia a musician from the greatfull dead. do they make thier own ice cream and or cookies. other places you have been to seem to have a specialty they made them selves, re: homemade biscuites, fresh tortillia's made on the spot, fresh made pizza, home made chilli for thier hot dogs or even the guy who took a grilled cheese sandwhich and made it something more. so far, to me anyway, this place is not much different than the ice cream trucks that roam the neighborhood. all i am seeing here is just the grilled cheese sandwhich.
