From the wild twists on classic street food favorites, to the cooking techniques that border molecular gastronomy (read: sous vide on a truck), gastroPod completely raises the bar for mobile meals.

I’ve had the pleasure of sampling Chef Jeremiah’s cuisine at a wonderful Cobaya Guinea Pig recently. His pulled pork bahn mi was out of this world. I love seeing his shiny GastroPod roaming our streets esp. during Art Walks in Wynwood and Design District in Miami, 2nd Saturdays of the month.
