G’Raj Mahal Café (Austin, TX)

The fact that G’Raj Mahal vends out of a mobile truck is besides the point. The place is a full service Indian kitchen, serving robustly flavorful dishes in a beautiful outdoor garden adorned with huge sculptures and dim lighting. When we arrived we we’re quickly fed some of the best Indian I’ve had to date!
