Nothing screams “street food love” like a taco! And no better place to grab one than The City of Brotherly Love where, for just over a year now, Tom McCusker – known by most as Honest Tom, has been slinging delicious Tex-Mex to hungry students at Drexel University. What makes his tacos so different? Mostly – the ingredients. Nearly all of which are sourced from weekend farmers markets and gourmet butchers in The Italian Market section of Philly.

Tom is going where no taco has gone before, nice
Tried Tom’s Honest tacos today. What a dissapointment. Nothing like the taco the reviewer in the video was given. I had the fish taco which was horrible. The tortilla was soggy, the fish was dry and where are the toppings? No pico, no lettuce, no cheese…basically 3 little strips of fish topped with guacamole. How about grilling that tortilla? They are more like mini tacos as opposed to the reviewers taco.
