Nestled among a bounty of greens and herbs in Portland’s Historic Mississippi District sits Moxie RX, a beautiful teal trailer, decorated in antique cook and bakeware, that dishes out artisan AM comfort food made with love and care.
While at the cart I sat down with owner Nancye Benson to learn about her love for food and how it translated into the cart she had today.
If you have the chance to visit Portland, I do hope you get to visit this beautiful cart!

Now I have to go eat, you guys make me hungry.
