Barbecue is one of my favorite things. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – no problem. What I love so much about cue is how much it varies from city to city! Each locale has it’s own BBQ secrets and is confident that their way is the best.
North Carolina is famous for it’s (pulled) pork – and Red’s BBQ has been holding tight to a family tradition for over 45 years! Yum!
