The Skinny Pancake (Burlington, VT)

Right in downtown Burlington sits The Skinny Pancake, a mobile creperie focusing on seasonal, organic ingredients. Started by a few friends, The Skinny Pancake quickly grew into a popular destination for all. In fact, it became so popular they were able to open up a brick and mortar restaurant nearby.

While there I feasted on there locavor, fall harvest, and lemon sugar crepes.

   this makes me think of the chineese street food Jian Bing if you do a search for it on youtube you will see what i mean, here is one in shanghai its about 1.30 minutes in but is an amazing display none the less. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfV_zQ8L4io&feat...

   as for a crazy crepe how about a savory sweet combo with a savory part on one side and a sweet part on the other. dinner and desert in one package.

   I'm digging the background music you've got going on in the past couple of episodes. Really helps capture the essence of the place and food you are covering. Is that new or did I just not hear it in past episodes?

   Those look sooo goood. I wish there were more carts near Erie, PA. I need to find some crepe recipes and make some tonight
