Started by a few friends, The Skinny Pancake quickly grew into a popular destination for all. In fact, it became so popular they were able to open up a brick and mortar restaurant nearby.

While there I feasted on there locavor, fall harvest, and lemon sugar crepes.

as for a crazy crepe how about a savory sweet combo with a savory part on one side and a sweet part on the other. dinner and desert in one package.
