Kulfi with protein powder

Ingredients
● 500 ml milk
● 4 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla)
● 300 g grated pumpkin
● ¼ tsp cardamom powder
● 3 tbsp almonds
● 10 – 12 saffron threads
Method
● In a thick bottom non-stick pan heat milk and grated pumpkin till it becomes soft. It’ll take around 20 – 25 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally.
● Once the mixture is thickened, allow it to cool.
● Add protein powder to the mixture and blend well to make a smooth paste.
● Add chopped almonds, saffron, and cardamom powder and mix well.
● Pour into kulfi moulds and refrigerate for 6- 7 hours or overnight.

● Pour brownie mix in muffin moulds and tap lightly.
